The History behind the Wood The following creations are made of Purple Heart wood. This exotic wood originates in Central & South America . As with some of the other woods this wood was acquired from the gentleman from North East who makes Turkey calls to benefit "Hunt of a Lifetime". However our supply is limited due to it's exotic and expensive nature. This wood has a naturally beautiful color. It has no stain on it. Some pieces may have an oil applied for a shine, but most are only sanded and buffed. These pieces stand out as unique and brilliant. Thanks Rick!
